UFC series is a Bench mark Non-Toxic environmentally friendly high performance acrylic based finishing coat for interior and exterior applications. A Bench mark pigmented coating specifically designed for all known substrates including cement based composites, timber, steel, plastics and recyclables. It has excellent flexibility, adhesion and impact resistant properties on all surfaces. It seal hair line cracks provides unmatched performance in any environment.

Universal finishing Coat is available in low sheen only, however, Flat & semi-Gloss finishes can be created upon application advice.

These are Benchmark products engineered as a one-way elastomeric membrane to provide holistic protection to the substrate. When cured it forms a tough protective film over the substrate allowing protection against extreme tropical conditions such as high rainfall, heat, moisture, UV rays, micro-organisms, abrasion as well as salt and chemical exposure while allowing it to flex to resist minor cracking. It satisfies our common system properties.

UFC Series is super fine and glides as it is applied. Its water proofing capacities add to the environmental protection of the Primary coat and shall be used as part of our 2 or 3 coat systems to maintain its Water proofing capacity and warranty.

Spread rate of between 8 – 12 m2 per litre,
Disposal is in normal general waste and without wash. Just peel off and dispose.
