Any use of this site is governed by our terms and conditions here in and the Australian laws governing such transactions.
The information in text, pictorial or otherwise has been provided in a concise and accurate way to the best of our knowledge and available information to facilitate your best use of the site in an acceptable and informative time frame.
You have been provided with the means to interact with us in seeking additional information, application specific advice and/ or review of intended actions or applications on any product on the site via the application descriptor and associated information. Furthermore, you are encouraged to call our staff during business hours where any doubt occurs about any information presented or insufficient for your purposes.
This document shall be deemed to apply to all contracts of sale of any of our products by you individually or company or any commercial entity under Australian or international laws. Once a transaction has taken place on this site, you are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by this document and its noted content.
Whenever we revise these Terms, we will give notice of this by stating that these Terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.
By Proceeding to interact with this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as below. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.
The information herein or on the site are updated as necessary and without notice.

Purchasing from our site
You are entitled to purchase from our site if you are a person aged 18 or above if you are a private individual consumer. If you are a business, then you are deemed to be authorised to act on behalf of your business entity. We accordingly are indemnified from any inappropriate, illegal or otherwise unauthorised actions by you in respect to this site and your company.
When using this site from any part of the world, we welcome your interest and trust in our products. Due to this international clientele, we are bound to inform you of our rights to protect our company from inappropriate or illegal activities and note that we reserve our right to do the following:
When using our shopping cart, the process is as follows:
•Each product page provides you description, advantages, uses, pictorial references and container sizes, colour and any variation available. Please make sure that variations are selected as some are additional costs and need to be accurately reflected on the invoice.
•Provide a description of the application where we are able to review and make recommendations where appropriate. (we note that this does not mean that we are bound to provide such advice unless you expressly request it. This is due to the fact that application variations are many and sometimes may be deemed to be unnecessary. We strongly recommend that you expressly state that you require advice. In doing so, we are obliged and are pleased to offer you the support required.)
•Proceed to shopping cart and press the button provided.
•For more products press the back button to continue with the site perusal.
•Once you have completed the shopping cart, an invoice will be automatically generated on an accumulative basis until the time you proceed to payment.
•Prior to proceeding to payment, you are deemed to have read the invoice to make sure it is accurate and you have reviewed your product selection and considered its suitability. Once production begins, we are bound by our manufacturing time and product return policy.
•In proceeding to payment, both EFT and credit card payments are acceptable.
•Once you complete your selection, please visit our transport cost allocation and follow the steps to calculate your costs prior to payment. Enter the amount to be added to your invoice prior to payment.
•On completion of your payment, an invoice will be issued to you together with a confirmation of payment.
Once paid, your order will be reviewed for acceptance in the case of product descriptions requested and delivery times if any, price discrepancy or inaccuracy, or unavailability at the time. You will be notified by email if the order cannot temporarily be processed. Otherwise Your order will then be processed and an email will be issued to you on the delivery time if this has not been pre agreed with our staff.
Where for any reason your order cannot be accepted, or you have changed your mind prior to our starting production, your payment will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel/accept any orders not comply with our Terms and conditions at any time in the process.
Products
1.Products are provided in the container sizes noted in each product. Please use the sizes available to make the total order quantity required.
2.The colour and images provided are for illustration only and are as accurate as electronic formats allow and cannot be used for actual colour or finish selection to match screen.
3.Please obtain samples to ensure that you are satisfied with properties and colour of coating and its suitability for your application.
4.Our products are penetrative coatings and are influenced by texture, colour and substrate type and in particular our translucent range. Samples provide you the opportunity to appreciate performance and the beauty of our products.
5.Our packaging of product will change from time to time and may not be the same as that shown on the site. Where this occurs, it is generally to improve our delivery and encourage best product use and handling.
Delivery of products
1.Our products are delivered to the nominated address on your order.
2.We are bound by the rules and regulations of the courier company.
3.You are free to request your courier of choice and send to pick up. We otherwise arrange delivery on your behalf using our courier.
4.Where our courier has been used, an email will be issued to you with the consignment note and link for tracking.
5.You are required to track your shipment and ensure that the delivery occurs on time. As the customer, you have the right to call our courier for any issues associated with the delivery. Where your attempts have not been successful, we are happy to assist to the best of our ability.
6.The products are insured for damage in transport. Where this has occurred, the following procedure must be followed:
1.Immediately notify us of the damage and any loss of product.
2.Pictures of the damage must be issues on all sides of the package.
7.Please note that some deliveries are considered remote and some additional charges will be applied by the courier company. These include residential, remote and other handling charges particular to the courier company. Some areas are not covered and a pick up may be required from a depot near you.
8.Where there is such a delivery issue, you will be notified and any extra charges will be issued to you post your EFT payment. Where this is not acceptable, the order cancelled and monies refunded. We note that such a charge will only be due to the transport company.
9.In avoiding such issues that may delay the shipment of your product, please advise your remote location in the descriptor or call us that we may pre advise cost prior to payment.
Cancelation of order or return of product
Our products are made to order and we do not stock. Accordingly products are not refundable unless:
•Cancelled prior to manufacture
•Damaged in transport and cannot be supplemented or replaced.
•Where large orders have been ordered and materials have been purchased exclusively for such an order, a cancelation fee of 20% or more may apply and will be evaluated at the time based on the nature of the customised order.
Price
1.Prices are clearly stated on our website. While reasonable care is taken in ensuring correct pricing, this may be influenced by accidental errors, delivery charge inaccuracy due to location and service requested. Notification will be made prior to manufacturing and you will be provided with the choice to proceed. Where we are unable to contact you, you order will be put on hold until we are able to receive your instructions. Please note we reserve the right not to provide the Products at the incorrect/ lower prices.
2.Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not apply to orders in the system and have been accepted.
3.All our stated prices exclude GST
4.The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Such charges are dependent on contracting transport companies and may change from time to time without notice.
5.Our repeat customers and account holders have discounted rates and are specific to each client. Prices are automatically adjusted for clients with such discounts and shall be noted on your invoice. Where you are entitled and error occurs, please contact us to ensure that your pre allocation details are correct.
Payment
1.You can only pay for the Products using our merchant facility with the commonwealth bank at no additional cost using Eft, debit or credit card. (PayPal purchases incur an additional 1.5% transaction fee)
2.Credit Accounts are not provided by our company as a policy and as such all orders must be paid for in advance
