Clear Façade Coating system

An Environmental Benchmark clear coating with Matte or low sheen durable high grade finish with the key properties detailed below. A 3 or 4 coat facade coating system that is specifically formulated to Highlight the substrate colour and provide protection and water proofing capacity in vertical applications

The system design performs three essential functions namely; Ensures the effective coating of the board including the pin holes, Provides durable clear coating and together with the finishing coats provides total water proofing to the facade.

All products are complete in a ready to use state straight from the bucket. The product shall not be thinned or tampered with in any way other than stirring after prolonged storage.
